选择和自我调整学习方法的策略对于高中数学学习具有十分重要的作用。通过调查发现,当前多数高中生未能较好地掌握这些策略。他们在选择数学学习方法和自我调整时明显考虑不全面:不能结合相关理论、习惯于依据以往的经验等。究其原因在于他们难以意识到学习方法与自我调整的重要性,并且缺乏相关的理论知识。当前高中数学教学应进一步加强过程性教学,重视给学生介绍数学学习策略方面的知识。

Strategies of how to select and self - adjust method of mathematics learning is very important to high school studentsjmathematics learning. However through a survey of present high school students, it is found that most of them have failed to use the strategies correctly. They usually select and self - adjust the methods of mathematics learning according to their experience, and have not followed relevant theories. The reason is that they in fact never become aware of the importance of selection and self - adjustment. Therefore teachers must pay attention to the process of teaching and the introduction of learning strategies to students.
