苦瓜有效部位降糖活性的比较研究

Comparative studies on the hypoglycemic activity of different sections of Momordica charantia L.

为了筛选出苦瓜的降血糖的较有效的部位 ,将苦瓜的几种不同方法提取物对四氧嘧啶诱导的化学性糖尿病模型小鼠的降糖效果进行比较 ,结果表明 :苦瓜的未被加热的直接压榨的果汁较其它方法提取的有效部位的降血糖效果好 ,与模型组比较其降糖率可达 2 4 5 5 % 。

To screen out the more effective fraction of Momordica charantia L.the comparative studies on the effects of different fractions obtained by different extracting methods on the alloxan induced diabetic mice were carried out. The results showed that the juice brushed then lyophylized was better in the hypoglycemic action. The hypoglycemic rate could reach 24 55% comparing with the model group( P <0 01). It is suggested that the effective constituents are water soluble and thermal substances.
