阿昔洛韦分散片溶出度考察

Investigation on the dissolution of dispersible acyclovir tablets

目的 :考察自行研制的阿昔洛韦分散片的溶出度。方法 :采用溶出度测定小杯法 ,以水为溶剂 ,测定阿昔洛韦分散片同一批号不同组次和不同批号的溶出度 ,并与两种市售阿昔洛韦普通片比较。结果 :阿昔洛韦分散片的溶出度均一性好 ,累积溶出百分率在 2 0 min内可达 90 %。结论 :阿昔洛韦分散片的溶出度比普通片快。

AIM: To investigate the quality of dispersible acyclovir tablets. METHODS: Investigation on the dissolution of the tablets was made using distilled water as solvent, detection wavelength was 252 nm. The dissolution of 2 kinds of ordinary acyclovir tablets was compared with dispersible acyclovir tablets. RESULTS: The dissolved amount of the dispersible acyclovir tablets was more than 90% within 20 min and more than that of the ordinary acyclovir tablet. CONCLUSION: It is suggested that the dissolution of dispersible acyclovir tablets is better than that of ordinary acyclorvir tablets.
