益气活血法对糖尿病中医证候及糖脂代谢影响的临床研究

Clinical Study of Influence on TCM Syndromes and Glycolipid Metabolism in Diabetic Patients Treated with Method of Benefiting Vital Energy and Activating Blood Circulation

目的:观察益气活血法改善糖尿病中医证候及糖脂代谢指标的临床疗效。方法:选取气虚血瘀型糖尿病患者58例,30例运用益气活血法为主中药治疗,28例以阿司匹林治疗作为对照,观察中医证候及糖脂代谢指标治疗前后的变化。结果:中医证候积分总有效率治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组治疗后气短懒言(P<0.05)、健忘(P<0.01)和口唇紫暗(P<0.05)的有效率均显著优于对照组。治疗组治疗后空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均较治疗前显著下降(除TC P<0.05,余P<0.01),高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)显著上升(P<0.01)。结论:益气活血法为主的中药治疗可有效改善气虚血瘀型糖尿病患者的中医证候和糖脂代谢水平。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） syndromes and glycolipid metabolism in diabetic patients with method of benefiting vital energy and activating blood circulation. Methods：58 diabetic cases with Qi asthenia and blood stasis syndrome were selected. 30 cases of them were treated with the traditional Chinese herbs under the therapeutic principle of benefiting vital energy and activating blood circulation. The other 28 cases were treated with aspirin as a control. The TCM syndromes and indexes of glycolipid metabolism were observed before and after the treatment. Results： In the treatment group,the total effective rate of TCM syndrome accumulated points was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.01）. The effective rate of treating short breath and no desire to speak（P〈0.05）, forgetfulness（P〈0.01） and purple lips（P〈0.05） after treatment were significantly higher than the control group. Fasting blood glucose （FBG）,postprandial blood glucose （PBG）, triglyceride （TG）, total cholesterol （TC） and low density lipoprotein cholesterol （LDL-C） after treatment was significantly lower than those before treatment （P〈 0.01, except TC P〈0.05） while high density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C） was significantly higher than that before treatment（P〈0.01）. Conclusions：The TCM syndromes and glycolipid metabolism in diabetic patients with Qi asthenia and blood stasis can be effectively improved by the traditional Chinese herbs under the therapeutic principle of benefiting vital energy and activating blood circulation.
