The psychological quality of the special service staff will determine the end of the future war . Psychological training can improve the psychological health level of staff effectively .With literature review , the contents of psychological training were introduced for the special service staff and four psychological training meth -ods were also discussed , which will provide theoretical references for establishing scientific and effective psychologi -cal training mode .
