马来西亚作家张贵兴《我思念的长眠中的南国公主》与其说是一部爱情小说,不如说是一个国家民族的寓言。小说的主人公苏其是一个马来西亚的华裔富家子弟,小说中的三位与他交往的女子可怡、春喜(春天)、白衣女子分别象征了庸俗的现实中国台湾、怀念中的马来西亚、潜在的恋人中国内地,讲述了一个民族国家寓言。表现出作者对中国台湾的失望、对马来西亚的思念和对中国内地的追寻。作品呈现出了现代性、本土性和中国性的杂糅和混血。

The novel The Sleeping Princess of South Kingdom in My Heart, written by Malaysian author Guixing Zhang, is a novel full of cultural connotations. This paper analyses how the three women in this novel symbolize different aspects： Keyi is the symbol of Taiwan, while places that the author misses, while the white coat girl Chunxi （Chuntian） is the symbol of Malaysia, which are the is the symbol of China's Mainland, which the author loves. This paper contends that the story of these three women is a national allegory.
