摘要
为了研究大学生的在校经历对于其成功就业和成才的作用,通过访谈和问卷调查发现,用人单位普遍看重的大学生的在校经历有19项,这19项可以归为四大类:实践的经历、领导的经历、获取知识和闲暇时间的安排。其中,大学生的实践经历和领导的经历最为用人单位关注,其次是知识的获取,另外,合理的闲暇时间安排对于大学生成功就业也有一定的促进作用。
In order to study the impact of experience gained at university on students' employability, the author of this paper conducted interviews and questionnaire surveys, finding that employers generally value 19 kinds of experience. These 19 kinds of experience can be grouped into four categories: practical experience, leadership experience, acquisition of knowledge and extracurricular activities. Among these, practical experience and leadership experience are accorded the most importance, followed by acquisition of knowledge and extracurricular activities.
