《黄帝内经》“非其人勿教,非其真勿授”医学教育范式研究

Research on Medical Education Model of “Select the Most Suitable Person,and Impart the Most Precise Wisdom” in Huang Di Nei Jing

《黄帝内经》提出的"非其人勿教,非其真勿授"医学教育范式堪为医学教育的理想范式。"非其人勿教"在择人方面要求学生能够尊师、好学、明德。"非其真勿授"要求教师掌握正确的教学方法、教学内容,能够明道。"非其人勿教,非其真勿授"的教育范式,可以保证医学教育的正统性、纯洁性、求真性、精英性,是理想教育。现代中医教育可以采纳此医学教育范式,对有资质的学生和教师进行严格选拔和考核,以培养能够担当中医事业的精英人才。

＂Select the most suitable person, and impart the most precise wisdom＂ in Huang Di Nei Jing, can be considered as the ideal model of medical education. Respect for teachers, curiousness and good morality are the basic conditions of students, and teachers should meet the following requirements, such as good method, rich content and understanding the truth. This model can guarantee the orthodoxy, purity, authenticity and elite of the medical education. Modern education of Chinese medicine can use this model to train students to he Chinese medicine talents, which required very strict selection and examination for students and teachers.
