摘要
对甲苯磺酸铁(DBF)粗品中含有水分、Fe2+等杂质,若不除杂精制,会影响其使用效果。本文对其精制除杂过程中溶解水量、干燥压力及干燥温度等条件进行了实验探索及研究,最终确定精制实验的最佳条件为:用水量为药品体积的0.2倍;选择减压分段干燥,在80℃下干燥16h,然后调整干燥温度到160℃干燥0.5h。在此条件下,所得对甲苯磺酸铁中Fe2+含量0.12%,水分含量4.15%,Fe3+含量12.92%,均达到标准。
The impurity in iron( Ⅲl ) p-toluene sulfonate hexahydrate had an serious effect on quality of product. The effect of water addition, dry pressure and dry temperature on the product quelity was analysed in this paper. The results show that the iron( Ⅲ ) p-toluene sulfonate hexahydrate covered 0.12% Fe^2+, 4.15% water and 12.92% Fea+ when additinal amount of water was V(water) = V(iron p-toluene sulfonate)=20 - 100, dry time was 16h at 80℃ and then dry time was 0.5h at 160℃.
