摘要
医院院长心理素质的高低不仅影响自身的领导水平,而且也影响到医院的发展。针对我国医院领导者的特点,对获“优秀院长”称号的医院院长进行16PF测评,提出了8项医院院长所具备的心理特质。
In this time of space age technology, hospital directors, dealing daily with issues of enormous complexity, may be expected to contribute more to: an holistic approach sees health service achievements as a successful adaptation to the environment; Knowledge, leading to improved care of patients and better health for the population at large; instead of carrying out pre - packaged , stereotyped service methods, encourage health professionals to become engaged in analysing all aspects of their operations, examining the needs and opportunities, inputs, performance as well as the outputs and impacts of their programs; promote the growing points of health professions towards cost - effectiveness and efficiency building; organize professional and continuing medical education to bridge between profession and society; research and generate information that can be used to translate or adapt new and high Sci - Tech into local or wider programs to increase the variety and benefits of services that hospitals can provide.
