心房颤动的“律”、“率”治疗 被引量：4

摘要 心房颤动（房颤）是临床实践中最常见的持续性心律失常,其显著增加人群发生心力衰竭和缺血性卒中的风险.随着人口老龄化程度加剧和慢性心脏疾病患者的生存状况得到改善,目前房颤的患病率有逐年增高的趋势.房颤的治疗策略包括心率控制和节律控制,以及预防血栓形成.迄今为止,房颤的管理是选择心率控制还是节律控制一直是争论的焦点.
