滤泡辅助性T细胞及在自身免疫性疾病发病中所起作用的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 CD4＋T细胞可分化为不同种类的效应性亚群：Th1、Th2、Th17效应细胞和调节性T细胞以及滤泡辅助性T细胞（Tfh）.曾认为Th2细胞通过分泌IL- 4而刺激B细胞增殖和抗体类别转换,上调B细胞表面CD40和MHCⅡ类分子的表达,当时被认为是辅助B 细胞产生抗体的主角,在生发中心（GC）的形成和为B细胞提供辅助中发挥关键作用.而近年来新发现的Tfh细胞被证实为CD4＋T细胞亚群的一类,具有真正意义上的辅助B细胞功能.
