Effects of angiogenesis on the development of endometrial carcinoma.

摘要 目的 探索血管生成在子宫内膜癌发生发展中的作用。方法 以Ⅷ因子相关抗原为标志物 ,采用免疫组化方法对正常内膜、增生过长及内膜癌病人子宫标本的血管含量进行测量。结果 从正常子宫内膜、增生过长到内膜癌组织内微血管密度 (MVD)逐渐增多 ( P <0 0 1 )。子宫内膜癌组织中MVD与临床期别、肌层浸润深度及组织分级有关。结论 子宫内膜增生过长组织中血管生成增多 ,MVD与子宫内膜癌临床预后有关。 Objective To study the effects of angiogenesis on the development of endometrial carcinoma. Methods Hysterectomy specimens were stained immunohistochemically by the marker of factor VIII-related antigen for endothelium vessels in normal controls, patients with endometrial hyperplasia and with endometrial carcinoma. Results The microvascular density(MVD) in tumour increased gradually from normal endometrium to endometrial hyperplasia and to endometrial carcinoma(P<0 01). MVD correlated with the myometrial invasion, histologic grades and the stages. Conclusion MVD in endometrial hyperplasia increases. MVD can be used as a prognostic factor.
