沐舒坦佐治早产儿肺炎疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Efficiency of Mucosolvan Treating Pneumonia of Prematurity

目的 观察沐舒坦针剂治疗早产儿肺炎的效果。方法 按随机原则将 6 3例早产儿肺炎病例分为沐舒坦治疗组和对照组。治疗组 33例 ,对照组 30例。结果 沐舒坦在改善症状、消除肺部罗音、血气分析恢复正常、缩短住院时间和提高治愈率等方面均优于对照组。结论 本疗法效果满意 ,未发现明显副作用。

Objective To observe the efficiency of mucosolvan treating the pneumonia of prematurity.Method 63 cases of prematurity suffered from pneumonia were divided randomly into mucosolvan treatment group and control group.There were 33 cases in treatment group and 30 cases in control group.Results The results of treatment group were better than those of control group in improving symptoms of pneumonia,eliminating rales in lungs,restoring blood gas,shortenning duration of hospitalization and raising curative rate.Conclusions This treatment is effective and there are seldom side effects.
