端粒酶活性在肿瘤诊治中的价值

Value of Telomerase Activity on the Diagnosis and Treatment in Tumor

端粒酶几乎在所有的恶性肿瘤进程中表达 ,但除生殖细胞和干细胞外良性病变和正常组织均不表达。因为它的广泛表达可作为肿瘤的标志物及癌症治疗的靶点 ,使端粒酶成为目前全世界研究的热点 ,本文就端粒酶活性的检测与肿瘤临床的诊断、治疗、对残存或复发癌症的监测以及病人的预后方面的研究进展作一综述。

Telomerase activity highly increases in almost all human malignant tumors,but in benign lesions or normal tissues it dosent express except germ cell and stem cell.Besides its diagnostic value,telomerase activity appears to be associated with tumor therapeutic effect,monitoring recurrence of tumor,predicting tumor aggressiveness.So it could be of values as a marker of tumor and a therapeutic target.This review gives a detailed presentation of value of telomerase activity on the diagnosis and treatment in human tumor.
