随着新的麻醉镇痛技术如CSEA和新的药物如罗哌卡因及脂溶性阿片类药如苏芬太尼的应用 ,使所谓“可行走的硬膜外镇痛”成为可能 ,并接近理想的分娩镇痛方法 ,本文综述了蛛网膜下腔 硬膜外联合阻滞镇痛用于分娩镇痛的研究进展。

Ambulatory epidural analgesia is becoming an ideal method of labor analgesia practicably,with the advance of new techniques such as combined spinal and epidural anesthesia and new drugs such as ropivacaine and sufentanie. This paper reviews the progress of labor analgesia with combined spinal and epidural anesthesia.
