手指微型皮瓣修复组织缺损的疗效观察

目的 探讨手指部各种组织瓣转位术在指组织缺损修复中的应用价值。方法 对 94例 10 2指 ,不同原因、不同部位、不同程度的指组织缺损 ,分别应用带血管神经蒂的食指背侧岛状皮瓣、中环指双叶岛状皮瓣、指动脉皮瓣、邻指皮瓣、指掌侧提升皮瓣、指部随意皮瓣、指端V -Y推进皮瓣等方法进行修复。结果 经 6月～ 4年随访 ,修复组织转位处皮肤无溃疡 ,感觉均有不同程度的恢复。结论 指部组织转位修复指部组织缺损技术具有操作简单灵活 ,成功率高 ,修复后组织结构、厚度、韧性、色泽与原组织相同 ,能最大限度地保留手指长度 ,创伤小 。

Objectives The various organisation pieces of inquirement finger ministry turn the place art and are damaged in the finger organisation.Application value in the restoration.Methods Indicating 94 examples 102,different causes,different positions and fingers organisations of different level are damaged,and apply respectively to take the blood vessel nerve base of a fruit shows to indicate that back of the body side island form skin piece and middle ring indicates the two island form skin piece and the indicates artery skin piece and neighbour indicates that the skin piece and fingers and palms incline and promotes the skin piece and the finger ministry at will skin piece and indicate that end V-Y pushes on the methods such as skin piece etc and repairs.Results The period of follow-up was six months to four years.All skin flaps were live and appearance is excellent.The function of hand is good.Conclusions It is high to become power;It is identical with primary organisation to organize structure,thickness,toughness and colour and lustre after the restoration;Retaining to the utmost finger length,the wound is small and influences a little while to the life nursing.
