炭/炭复合材料用浸渍剂残炭率研究

Research on the carbon residue value of the impregnation agents for C/C composites

摘要 研究了两种炭/炭复合材料液相致密用高效、安全的浸渍剂.一种为混合树脂体系,即氨酚醛树脂与树脂B混合且不添加其他任何固化剂;一种为利用新型固化剂C取代磷酸作为糠酮树脂的固化剂.结果表明,混合树脂与纯氨酚醛树脂浸渍剂相比较,其残炭率提高约10%;当混合树脂体系中树脂B的质量分数为30%~50%时,具有较好的残炭率;新型固化剂C作为糠酮树脂固化剂时,其残炭率与磷酸作为固化剂时相当,且安全性更高,具有取代磷酸作为糠酮树脂固化剂的可能性. Two kinds of efficient and safe impregnation agent used in the liquid density for carbon/carbon (C/C) composites were studied. One is the mixing resins system, that is the system mixing ammonia phenolic and B resin without any solidify agent; Another is phosphate acid for furfural acetone resin replaced by a new solidifying agent C. The results show that the carbon residue value of mixing resins is 10 percent more than the pure ammonia phenolic's. It has better carbon residue value when the mass content of B in the mixing system is 30%-50%. Compared to solidified by phosphate, the carbon residue value of the furfural acetone resin consolidated by agent C is at the same extent, which is more safely.
