摘要
由于各地的地理、地质、气象、岩土体和民居地质环境差异大,地质灾害气象风险预警业务的工作方案需要因地制宜地进一步细化,才能更科学地运行。本文从主导因子模型的建立、等级发布标准的确定与实施、预警等级及其工作关系方面探讨安溪县县级工作方案。
The warning work program need to be refined as with differences in geography, geology, meteorology, soil and rock, and geological environment between various regions. The article sets up a dominant factor model, determines level release standard, and discusses various working relationship, to form a work program for Anxi.
