摘要
汶川地震后每个雨季都有大量泥石流灾害发生。基于雨量和泥位的专业监测预警系统是有效的防灾减灾手段。对理县打色尔沟进行遥感和现场调查,查明该地泥石流基本特征和威胁对象。根据泥石流物源、支沟、危险性以及威胁对象的分布情况,在不同高程布设雨量计、泥位计、视频监测系统和次声波监测系统,并在沟口建立控制决策子系统。
A large number of debris flows occur every rain season after the Wenchuan earthquake. Their basic characteristics and threatening objects were found out I)y field investigation and remote sensing. Hyetormeters, mud level meters, video moni toring sub-systems and infrasound monitoring sub-systems were set according to the distribution of source materials, tributa- ries. risks and threatening objects.
