Morphologic changes of megakaryocyte in subjectswith adult idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura

目的 探讨ITP时巨核细胞的形态学改变及其意义。方法 对 5 8例ITP患者巨核细胞的数量、细胞胞浆量、颗粒、退化变性进行定量比较分析。结果 ITP组巨核细胞数明显增加 ,胞浆量增多 ,颗粒减少伴成熟障碍 ,与对照组的巨核细胞形态学有显著性差异。

Objectives To explore the morphologic changes and its significance in subjects with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura(ITP).Methods Amouts,cytoplasma,granule and degenertion of megakaryocyte in 58 subjects with ITP werw quantitatively analysed.Results The patieuts in ITP group had more megakaryocytes,increased cytoplased,decreased granule and hindered mature.These changes were singnificant compared with control group.Conclusions The morphologic changes of megakaryocyte were improtent markers for diognosis of ITP.
