针头留置委中刺血法治疗腰椎间盘突出症

Lumbar Disc Herniation Treated with the Blood- pricking Treatment with Remaining Syringe Needle at Weizhong( BL40)

目的:比较针头留置委中刺血法与委中刺血拔罐法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效差异,并探讨其镇痛作用机制。方法:将60例患者随机分为针头留置组和刺血拔罐组,每组30例。针头留置组在常规针刺的基础上取委中穴刺血并留置针头引血外出,刺血拔罐组在常规针刺的基础上在委中穴刺血后拔罐,以上治疗常规针刺1次/日,委中刺血1次/5日。治疗10日后观察两组的临床疗效,并从视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分、直腿抬高试验、步行距离三个方面评定镇痛效应。结果:针头留置组愈显率为73.3%(22/30),刺血拔罐组愈显率为56.7%(17/30),前者疗效明显优于后者(P<0.01)。两组VAS评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),直腿抬高诱发疼痛的角度都较前增大(P<0.01),平地步行时间均较前增长(P<0.01),针头留置组各项评定指标均优于刺血拔罐组(P<0.05)。结论:针头留置委中刺血法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效优于委中刺血拔罐法。

Objective ：To compare the efficacy difference in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation （LDH） be- tween the blood -pricking treatment with remaining syringes needle at Weizhong（BIA0） and being cupped after the blood - pricking at the same point at once, and to explore the analgesic mechanism. Methods： The sixty ea- ses were randomized into the therapy group（30 cases） and the control group （30 cases）. The two groups were given the conventional acupuncture therapy. In addition, in the therapy group, the syringe needle remained for several minutes after the blood - pricking at Weizhong（BIAO） until the blood stopped pumping frome the veins. Additionally, in the control group, the cupping therapy was used after the blood -pricking at Weizhong（BIAO） Results： In the therapy group, the curative and effective rate was 70.3 % （22/30）, which was apparently superi- or to 56.7% （17/30） in the control group（P 〈 O. 01 ）. Compared the treament before and after treatment,the VAS was blower than hefore（P 〈0. Ol ） ,ASLR was higher（P 〈0. O1 ） ,walking time was longer（P 〈0. O1 ） in the two groups. The three measures in the therapy group were apparently superior to the control group （P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion： The blood - letting therapy with keeping lumbar disc herniation, which is superior to the traditional （BIAO） point. syringes needle has a better therapeutic effect on blood -letting cupping medication at Weizhong
