倒悬牵引推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症140例临床观察

Effect of Hung Upside Traction and Massage Therapy on Lumbar Disc Herniation: Clinical Observation of 140 Cases

目的:观察倒悬牵引推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:将腰椎间盘突出症患者280例随机分为两组,治疗组140例采用倒悬牵引推拿疗法,对照组140例采用常规牵引配合推拿疗法,均治疗2个疗程。观察两组治疗前后症状及体征积分、日常生活能力积分与临床疗效。结果:两组患者治疗后症状及体征、日常生活能力积分与治疗前比较均明显降低(P<0.01);治疗后治疗组各指标较对照组均显著改善(P<0.05)。治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为96.43%、88.57%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:倒悬牵引推拿疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症具有良好的临床疗效。

Objective：To obesrve the therapeutic effect of Hung upside traction and massage therapy （HU- TAMT） on Lumbar disc herniation （LDH）. Methods： Totally 280 LDH patients were randomized into two groups, 140 patients in the treatment group, and the other half in the control group. Patients in the treatment group were treated with HUTAMT, as for the patients in the control group were treated with conventional traction combined with massage therapy. After a total of two courses treatment in each group, the credits of symptoms and signs, activities of daily living, and clinical efficacy were observed. Results：The credits of symptoms and signs, activities of daily living scores were significantly improved in both groups after treatment（P 〈 0.01 ）. And the treatment group had a better result according to the indexes （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The total effective rates in the treat- ment group and the control group were 96.43% and 88.57% respectively, and the treatment group was superior to the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： HUTAMT is effective for LDH.
