火针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

Clinical Study on Needle Knife in the Treatment of Lumbar Discherniation

目的:观察火针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为火针刀治疗组60例,针刀对照组60例,对以上两组临床疗效进行评定。结果:火针刀组治愈率81.67%,总有效率96.67%;针刀组治愈率58.33%,总有效率85%;两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:火针刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著,临床愈显率及治愈时间优于小针刀治疗。

Objective：To observe the effect of fire needle knife in the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Methods：The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group with 60 cases by fire needle knife, and 60 cases by small knife in the control group, then evaluate the clinical efficacy in the two groups. Results：The curative rate with fire needle knife was 81.67% in the treatment group, and the total effective rate was 96.67% ;the curative rate with small needle knife was 58.33% in the control group, and the total effective rate was 85% ; As to the curative rate there was a significant difference between two groups（P 〈0.01 ）. Con- clusion： Fire needle knife in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation has an obviously clinical efficacy, and the curative rate and the curing time are superior to the small needle knife treatment.
