成年人骨朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症一例并文献复习 被引量：3

摘要 目的 探讨成年人骨朗格汉斯组织细胞增生症（LCH）的临床特点、治疗和预后,进一步提高对成年人骨LCH的认识.方法 回顾性分析1例成年骨LCH患者的临床资料并复习相关文献.结果 1例多发骨破坏患者经病理活组织检查证实为成年人骨LCH,排除转移癌及骨髓瘤,分型为单系统多部位,需要全身治疗.结论 成年人骨LCH罕见,临床表现多样,易误诊、漏诊,需病理证实,确诊后要进行病情评估及分型,再进行个体化治疗.
