摘要
选取国内不同厂家的12辆轻型汽油车,在底盘测功机上利用CVS定容取样系统进行耐久排放试验。研究发现:12辆车NMHC和THC排放随耐久里程的变化趋势基本相同;部分试验车辆在8万km左右耐久试验后,后处理系统劣化速度明显加快,说明京Ⅴ排放标准耐久里程的增加对后处理系统的耐久性提出了更高要求;虽然京Ⅴ排放标准Ⅰ型试验THC的限值没有变化,但是新增加的NMHC的限值间接对THC的限值进行了加严。
For 12 light-duty gasoline vehicles from different domestic suppliers, the durability test was carried out with CVS system on the chassis dynamometer. The results show that the NMHC and THC emission of 12 vehicles keep the same trend along the mileage. The degradation of aftertreatment system for partial vehicles accelerates after around 8000 km durability test, which indicates that the Beijing-V durability mileage increase puts forward the higher requirements for the aftertreatment system. Although the limit of THC for I type test keeps the same, the added NMHC limit tightens THC emission indirectly.
