摘要
主要介绍了格雷码与二进制码的不同、FANUC-0i MATE D进给倍率信号、CODB指令转换原理,介绍了用格雷码输出的编码开关配合CODB指令实现FANUC系统标准面板倍率开关修调的PLC程序设计方法。通过实例具体说明了CODB指令中数据表设置方法,同时用这种方法设计的倍率修调PLC程序在切削加工过程中当倍率变换时进给轴速度不会窜动,使运行保证平稳,不会影响到零件的加工精度。
This paper mainly introduces the difference between gray code and binary code,FANUC 0i MATE D feed rate signal, CODB instruction conversion principle,introduces the use of gray code output coding switch with CODB instruction FANUC system standard ratio switch ratio of PLC program design method.Through specific examples CODB instructions in the data table setting method,at the same time using this method to design the ratio of the PLC program when ratio transformation in the process of cutting feed shaft speed does not move,to ensure smooth operation,will not affect the processing precision of parts.
