胃左静脉血流方向预测食管静脉曲张的价值 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨胃左静脉血流动力学特征与食管静脉曲张的关系。方法应用彩色多普勒超声测定84例肝硬化患者进行胃左静脉血流参数,并与内镜下食管静脉曲张对比分析。结果非食管静脉曲张患者其胃左静脉血流方向为向肝型,食管静脉曲张患者离肝血流发生率达82.5%,尤其在出血组患者中该发生率更高达93.9%。结论胃左静脉离肝血流预示着食管静脉的存在或食管静脉曲张破裂出血高风险。 Objective To investigate the correlation between hemodynamic feature of left gastric vein (LGV) and esophageal varices (EV). Methods Flow direction and velocity of the LGV were examined by the Color Doppler ultrasound in 84 patients. The correlation was investigated between ultrasound parameters and EV. Results Flow direction of LGV was hepatopetal in all no EV pa- tients, whereas it was hepatofugal in 82.5% of the patients with EV, and it was in 93.9% of the patients with esophageal varices blood (EVB) o In terms of LGV velocity, there was no statistically significant difference between EV group and No-EV group. Conclusion Hepatofugal flow in the LGV indicates the presence of EV or high risk of EVB.
