摘要 提出了一种基于关键装配约束的分层分级方法,通过重新调整产品的工程材料清单(EBOM),降低了一个复杂机械产品装配序列规划的难度.首先阐述了如何调整产品初始EBOM为装配材料清单(ABOM)的分层分级思想,通过分析关键装配约束代理的选择标准及表达形式,定义了共轴线约束和共平面约束两种分层分级法则,通过这些法则可以实现把那些满足特定共同特征的零部件归类为同一个特殊装配结构体节点;然后说明了产品分层分级算法的实现流程;最后通过一个实例应用测试了该方法的有效性及实用性.结果表明该方法可以很好地集成在虚拟装配系统中用于解决实际的装配问题. A new hierarchical classification approach based on the key assembly constraints was pres- ent, which may reduce the difficulty of assembly sequence planning for complex mechanical products by re-adjusting the EBOM (engineering bill of material) of product. Hierarchical classification ideolo- gy that adjusts initial EBOM of product to ABOM (assembly BOM) was described. The selection cri- teria and the expression of key assembly constraints agents were analyzed. Then, two hierarchical classification rules were defined as coaxial constraints and coplanar constraint, which can classify those parts that meet certain common characteristics as a same special assembly structure node. The implementation process of hierarchical classification algorithm was explained. Finally, the approach is validated by the assembly of a typical mechanical product and can be well integrated into the virtual as- sembly system for solving practical assembly problems.
