摘要
现实生活中,医疗纠纷普遍存在。法律法规的不健全,导致医院和医护人员的权益受侵犯的事件屡屡发生。有的医院为了平息冲突,不得不做出高额赔付。部分媒体不注重事实的报道也对医院造成了伤害,影响了医务人员的工作积极性,甚至不敢承担有风险的工作,在一定程度上限制了医院的发展。因此,从严格管理、完善制度、加强自律的角度探讨了依法维护医院权益的问题。
Hospital services efforts may be explored from: an understanding of hospital services as a utilization and development of far reaching progresses in almost all new and high sci - Tech theoretical and practical fields; need for hospitals of the 4th generation, in terms of intelligent architecture, organisation and management, vis - a - vis a changing clientele and innovating forms made possible by Sci - Tech advances; need for the hospitals of the future to respond to demands relating to different groups of clients corresponding to steps in life; need for health care management development to be aware that funcitons, procedure and intellectual investment will deserve more attention than structures; trend that the growing sociological research into the dynamics of medical, social, legal interactions became increasingly important; need for the administration vis - a - vis a defensive professional practice in which physicians may conduct more tests and use more sophisticated technology than would otherwise be necessary.
