四阶Doherty功率放大器效率分析与设计

Design and efficiency analysis of four-stage Doherty power amplifier

摘要 在OFDM系统中,已有的二阶与三阶Doherty功率放大器的峰值效率范围无法满足要求,为此提出四阶Doherty放大器的结构设计,并对四阶Doherty放大器进行理论分析,得到相对应的效率计算公式.通过ADS软件对四阶Doherty放大器进行仿真,得到预期的结果. AS in the OFDM system, the peak efficiency range of two - stage and three - stage Doherty power amplifier can' t meet the requirements, we put forward the structure design of four - stage Do- herty amplifier, and make the theoretical analysis, also get the corresponding efficiency calculation for- mulas. We have done the simulation for four - stage Doherty amplifier through the ADS software, and get the desired results
