一种具有检测功能的光学电流互感器的嵌入式合并单元设计

摘要 在数字化变电站中,合并单元起到连接光学电流互感器与站控层的作用,是OCT数字输出接口的核心部分.OCT嵌入式合并单元通过采用FPGA与DSP实现数据采集及数据处理模块,同时采用GPS和IEEE1588的双重对时技术,提高了设备同步对时精度.由于OCT在现场调试比较复杂,为此提出一种具有实时检测功能的合并单元.基于空间矢量算法的OCT校验方法,将被测电流信号转换为直流量后计算角差与比差,实现了现场校验的功能,具有控制简单、实时性强的优点. In digital substation, the MU play the role of the connection between the OCT with station control layer, it is the core part of the digital output interface of OCT. The embedded MU of OCT is applied with FPGA and DSP to achieve the two parts of data acquisition and data processing, and uses dual synchronization technology of GPS and IEEE1588 to improve the accuracy of device synchroniza- tion. At the same time as debugging the OCT at the scene is more complicated, a real - time detection function of MU is proposed in this paper. The verification method of OCT based on space vector algo- rithm could converts the measured current signal into a straight flow, then calculates ratio error and phase error, realizes the function of calibration in the field, this way simultaneously has simple con- trol, real - time advantages.
