Prevention and treatment of serious complications for pancreatoduodenectomy

目的 探讨胰十二指肠切除术（pancreaticoduodenectomy,PD）后严重并发症发生后的防治方法.方法 回顾性分析了2004年1月至2009年12月实施PD手术65例的临床资料.结果 术后16例患者出现术后并发症28例次,并发症发生率24.6％.术后死亡2例,围手术期死亡率为3.0％.结论 采取适当的手术方法可以预防术后胰漏及出血,发生胰漏及出血后采取适当的处理措施可以降低术后死亡率.

Objective To investigate prevention and treatment of severe complications for pancre- aticoduodenectomy （PD）. Methods The clinical data of 65 patients who underwent PD from January 2004 to December 2009 were restrospectively reviewed. Results After the operation, 16 patients had postopera- tive complications for 28 times and the complication rate was 24.6%. Two patients died after operation and the mortality rate was 3%. Conclusion Proper surgical procedures can prevent postoperative pancreatic leakage and hemorrhage. Once the pancreatic leakage and hemorrhage occur, appropriate measures can re- duce the postoperative mortality.
