摘要 随着腹腔镜手术设备和器械的不断完善以及外科医师技术和经验的不断积累，腹部外科的传统开腹手术正在逐渐为腹腔镜手术所替代。作为腹部外科领域内过程最复杂、并发症最多的的胰十二指肠切除术早在1994年就有人尝试过在腹腔镜下完成，直到现在近二十年过去了，
