摘要
大连奥泰中心1号楼为超限高层建筑,采用了框架-核心筒混合结构体系。外围框架柱采用钢管混凝土叠合柱,能够充分发挥钢和混凝土两种材料的优点,具有承压能力强、延性好、防火性和耐久性强的特点。计算结果表明,结构的工作状态和性能均能达到设计的预期性能目标和规范要求。因此,该结构具有广泛的应用前景。
The No. 1 building of Dalian Altac Center is a tall building beyond the restriction of the code. Frame tube structure with steel tube-reinforced concrete column was adopted. Steel tube-reinforced concrete columns are used in the periphery, which can fully exert the advantages of the two kinds of materials and also features high bearing capacity, good ductility, fire resistance and durability. The calculation results show that the structure can meet the design goals of seismic performance and code requirement. Therefore, the structure has a wide range of application prospects.
