摘要
随着物联网技术在图书馆中的应用,图书馆运行和管理发生了根本性的变化,图书馆员需要重新定位。根据当前形势的改变,对图书馆员职业生涯规划设计过程和必要性进行了论述,以利于新形势下图书馆事业发展的人才保障和支持。
The applications of IOT technology in library have caused fundamental changes in its operation and management. Consequentially, librarians need to reposition. According to the changes of the current situation, this paper discusses the process and necessity of librarians＇ career planning and design for the qualified staff support in the development of library cause under new situation.
