摘要
从对图书馆工作人员的补充、减轻家庭困难学生的压力、给予学生锻炼机会等方面,分析了高职图书馆聘用学生馆员的必要性,提出了对学生馆员进行管理的办法,包括选用与培训学生馆员、设置岗位并明确岗位职责、建立值班记录制度、给学生馆员发放补助、形成监督考评机制等。
This paper analyzes the necessity for the library of higher vocational college to hire student librarians from aspects of conducting the supplement of the staffs of the library, releasing the pressure of the family difficulty students, and giving students exercise opportunities, etc., and puts forward some methods for the management of student librarians including selecting and training the student hbrarians, setting the posts and making clear the post responsibilities, establishing the duty recording system, announcing subsidies for student librarians, and forming the supervision and evaluation mechanism, etc.
