当前,中国钢铁冶金行业正面临着产能过剩、社会库存高、行业利润率极低的严峻挑战。立足竞争情报工作的特性,结合冶金工程企业的实际情况,从竞争情报的定位、实施、具体应对策略出发,探讨了在钢铁行业转型期冶金工程企业开展竞争情报工作的思路。

China＇s steel-iron enterprises and metallurgical enterprises are facing with severe challenges such as the excess production capacity, high social inventory and extremely low industry profit rate at present. Based on the characteristics of competitive intelligence work, and connecting with the actual situation of metallurgical engineering enterprises, this paper probes into some ideas for metallurgical engineering enterprises to carry out the competitive intelligence work in the transformation period of steel-iron industry from the orientation, implementation and specific coping strategies of competitive intelligence.
