摘要
简要介绍了中国石油化工股份有限公司镇海炼化分公司乙烯装置裂解炉开工情况,并以裂解炉BA-109、BA-111为例,对其运行过程中遇到的问题展开分析和探讨,总结了裂解炉开工和日常运行管理的经验教训,提出优化裂解炉原料切换、投退料操作及烧焦操作等措施,以延长裂解炉运行周期。
This paper introduces the startup of the ethylene cracking furnace at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company,takes furnaces BA-109 and BA-111 as examples to analyze and discuss the problems encountered during operation,summarizes the experience and lessons of the startup and daily operation management of cracking furnaces,and puts forward some measures including optimizing the cracking furnace feed switch,feeding and unloading as well as decoking operations to prolong the operation cycle of cracking furnace.
