摘要
采用顶空气相色谱法测定水中的苯胺,对盐类及其用量、顶空温度等条件进行了优化。当加入5gNaOH,80℃进行顶空时,苯胺在0.02~0.50mg/L范围内线性良好,方法检出限0.002mg/L,样品加标平行测定的RSD〈5.0%,回收率〉95%。方法操作简单,检出限低,适用于水体中苯胺的测定。
In this study, Head-space Gas-Chromatography method was used for the determination of aniline in environmental water samples. Experiment conditions such as salts kind, its amount and head space temperature were optimized. When 5 g NaOH was added and head-space temperature was 80 ℃ , aniline has good response linearity in the range of 0.02 - 0. 50 mg/L. The detection limit is 0. 002 mg/L. The recovery was larger than 95% and the relative standard deviations was lower than 5.0%. The method is simple and fast and suitable for the determination of aniline in water samples.
