摘要
通过理论计算、基础测试和外场试验,研究了铝粉含量对温压炸药的爆轰性能、空爆性能和壳体破碎能力的影响。结果表明:温压炸药的爆速、爆压和爆容都随铝粉含量的增加而下降,而其爆热、爆温及金属加速能力在铝粉含量为30%左右时最大;空爆试验中,随铝粉含量增加,超压略有增加的趋势,但火球半径和持续时间增加较显著;铝粉含量达到30%左右时,具有良好的壳体破碎能力。
By means of theoretical calculation, test in lab and measuring in field explode, the influence of aluminum content on explosion property, air explosion parameters and shell fracture performances of thermobaric explosive were studied. The results indicated that the changes rule of detonation velocity, detonation pressure and detonation cubage was similar, which was decreased with the aluminum content increasing. But explosion heat, explosion temperature and metal accelerating ability reached the maximum when aluminum content was 30%. The shock-wave overpressure increased slightly with the increase of aluminum content, while the maximum radius and the duration time of fireball increased obviously. Moreover, the effect of shell fracture performances was the best when aluminum content was 30%.
