摘要
运用体验经济理论,从旅游体验设计的概念、特点、作用、原则与方法等方面探讨了名人文化旅游资源的体验设计,并结合开封名人文化旅游资源的特点,从体验环境分析、体验主题定位、体验项目设计、体验氛围营造、后续服务的体验设计等方面进行了研究。
On the basis of the theory of experience economy, this essay researches the experience design of celebrity cultural tourism resources from the concept, characteristic, function, principle, method and other aspects of tourism experience design. Combing with the characteristics of Kaifeng celebrity cultural tourism resources, it also has done some researches on experience environment analysis, experience theme positioning, experience item design, experience atmosphere creating, experience design for follow-up service.
