高效液相色谱法测定糖果制品中喹啉黄、专利蓝V、新胭脂红和固绿 被引量:3

摘要 建立了糖果制品中喹啉黄、专利蓝V、新胭脂红和固绿的高效液相色谱测定方法。样液经聚酰胺粉吸附,用甲醇-甲酸混合溶液洗涤,用乙醇-氨水-水溶液解吸附,浓缩后加水定容后上机测试。使用Agilent XDB C18色谱柱,以甲醇和0.02mol/L乙酸铵为流动相梯度洗脱,外标法定量。结果表明,喹啉黄、专利蓝V、新胭脂红和固绿在5 80μg/mL范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.99973 0.99999,加标回收率为90.6%100.9%,RSD为2.54%5.01%,方法检出限为0.20 0.50mg/kg。该方法简便、准确、高效,可用于糖果制品中喹啉黄、专利蓝V、新胭脂红和固绿的测定。 To establish a method for the determination of Ouinline yellow,Patent blue V,New Coccined and Fast green FCF in candies by HPLC.Samples were extracted by polyamide,eluted by methyl-methanoic acid and adsorbed and desorbed by ethanol-ammonia-water solution.An Agilent XDB C18 column was used for chromatographic separation,methanol-0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate solution was the mobile phase.The linear range of the developed method was 5 ~ 80μg/mL with correlation coefficients from 0.99973 to 0.99999.The recovery of the method was from 90.6% to 100.9%,and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was from 2.54% to 5.01%.The detection limit was from 0.20 to 0.50 mg/kg.This method is simple,accurate and suitable for the determination of Ouinline yellow,Patent blue V,New Coccined and Fast green FCF in candies.
