火灾隐患举报投诉工作是加强社会消防监督管理的重要手段,也是推进消防工作群防群治的重要渠道,为及时获取火灾隐患信息、研判消防安全形势、遏制火灾事故发生提供了全新的思路和手段。论述了火灾隐患举报投诉工作的重要意义,提出了新形势下深入推进火灾隐患举报投诉工作的一些做法,并以北京市海淀区消防支队为例,论述了火灾隐患举报投诉机制的应用效果。

Fire hazard report is an important means to strengthen social fire supervision, b nel to promote public fire control work, for the timely access to information on the hidden ut also an important chan- danger of fire, fire safety situation, and for a new idea and means of fire accident. This paper expounds the important significance of fire haz- ard report, puts forward some ways to further promote the fire hazard report work under the new situation. Taking Haidian District, Beijing, police fire brigade as an example, this paper discusses the application of fire hazard report mechanism.
