128例普外科手术患者围手术期抗菌药物使用情况调查分析

An Analysis on the Use of Perioperative Antimicrobial Agents in 128 General Surgery Patients

目的 回顾性调查了解榆林市第一医院普外科2012-09～2013-10内住院的手术患者围手术期预防性应用抗菌药物情况,分析评估其合理性.方法 采用SPSS13.0统计软件,对随机选取的榆林一院128例普外手术患者的病例,分别从其入选的性别、年龄、体重、入院诊断、手术名称与时间、切口类型、使用抗菌药物的名称、起止时间、使用方法与剂量、用药频次等进行统计分析.结果 128例普外手术患者（Ⅰ类切口手术62例、Ⅱ类切口手术66例）抗菌药物的使用率为100％,48.4％联合应用两种抗菌药物,6.3％联合应用3种抗菌药物;21.8％用法用量不合理,7.8％选药不当,80.5％用药时机不当,46.9％治疗时间过长.结论 榆林一院普外科围手术期抗菌药物使用基本规范正确,但也有少数患者的存在用药不合理、方法不正确现象.抗菌药物的应用必需引起足够重视,提请医师严格用药指征,建议医院加强监督管理.

Objective To studied the use of perioperative antimicrobial agents in general surgery cases for patients from Sept. 2012 to Oct. 2013 to evaluate their rationality. Methods 128 general surgery cases from No. One Hospital of Yulin City were studied,by using SPSS13.0 software, randomly, according to their gender, age,body weight, hospital diagnosis, names and time of surgeries, incision type, names, time duration, usage, dose,of antimicrobial agents used for patients, and the use frequency of antimicrobial agents. Results The antibacterial agent was used 100% for all surgery patients including 62 type I incision operations and 66 type 1[ incision operations. Two kinds of antimicrobial agents were used for 48.4% patients, three kinds for 6.3%. The usage and dosage of antimicrobi- al agents were used not reasonable in 21.8% cases. 7.8%, incorrect antibacterial agents; 80.5%, improper time of the medicine usage; 46.9%, too long time treatment. Conclusion The use of perioperative antimierobial agents in general surgery cases in No. One Hospital of Yulin City is generally correct with few cases of unreasonable and incorrect usage of the medicine. The doctors must pay more attention to the application of antibacterial drugs. The paper puts forward the suggestion that the hospital must strengthen the supervision and management of the use of the antimierobial agents.
