卵巢甲状腺肿类癌

Strumal carcinoid of ovary

目的探讨卵巢甲状腺肿类癌的诊断及病理组织学特征。方法对2例卵巢甲状腺肿类癌用常规切片,HE染色,免疫组化染色及光学显微镜观察进行病理分析。结果肿瘤主要由类癌和甲状腺肿两种成分构成,免组标记类癌细胞NSE、CgA、SYN均为(+),滤泡上皮TTF1(+)。结论卵巢甲状腺肿类癌是一种单胚层肿瘤且伴有甲状腺滤泡分化的神经内分泌癌。

Objective To study the diagnosis and histopathological features of strumal carcinoid of ovary. Methods Using conventional striping, HE staining, immunohistochemical staining, observing by optical microscope and pathological analyzing to2 cases of struma carcinoid of ovary, at the same time review the related documents. Results The tumor is mainly composed of carcinoid and goiter, immunohistochemical marking, kind of cancer ceils NSE, CgA, SYN （ ＋ ）, follicular epithelium TTF1 （ ＋ ）. Conclusion Strumal carcinoid of ovary is a kind of single layer of tumor, and neuroendocrine carcinoma together with the thyroid follicular differentiated.
