摘要
分析了目前PC机上常用的短信发送方案，设计并实现了一个基于短信猫的短信发送平台，介绍了实现该系统的关键技术，给出了主要模块的功能设计和实现。
The current methods of sending short message under PC were analyzed, the whole framework of a short message send-ing system were designed, the key technologies were introduced , the design and implementation of the main modules were giv-en.
