With the development of modern information, files in the enterprise the status and function of more and more atten-tion by people, the use and the requirements of the archives service more and more is also high, the past management model can meet the requirements of the development of the society, this to the current file management is a challenge. The development of the network information for file management innovation to provide effective ways and carrier, expand the file management chan-nels and means for the file management areas into new opportunities.
