卓越工程师教育背景下环境工程专业生产实习模式初探

On the Production Practice Mode of Environmental Engineering Practice under the Background of Excellent Engineers

"卓越工程师教育培养计划"的实施对环境工程专业实践教学提出了更高的要求,生产实习是环境工程专业教学中最重要的实习之一,中国地质大学(北京)开创了与山东省桓台县科技局联合开展环境工程生产实习的新模式,有效提高了实习质量。具体实施过程的经验表明,本着互惠共赢的原则,注重前期充分沟通,选择全面综合的实习点,并采取多样有效的实习形式,注重实习成果的深化与后续全面合作是该模式成功的关键。在后续实施过程中,要注意辅助内容的全面并落到实处,才能促进该模式的逐步完善。

Productive practice is an important part of the environmental engineering education, and the application of ＂Excellent Engineers Development Program＂ requires more strict practical teaching work. A new pattern of practical education is developed by China University of Geosciences （Beijing） combined with a County Technology Council in Shandong province. The pattern can promote practical education effectively. The experiences showed that reciprocity, sufficient communication, the form and content of practice, and emphasizing of practice achievements transformation and subsequent corporation are essential to fulfill the new pattern. Assistant work and its implementation are needed for application and improvement of the new pattern during the subsequent corporation.
