同济大学公派研究生项目的实践与思考——以海洋与地球科学学院为例

Practice and Think in China Scholarship Council Postgraduate Scholarship Program in Tongji University——School of Ocean and Earth Science as example

在回顾我国公派留学发展变化的大背景下,从我国国家留学基金委2007年设立并实施"国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目"切入,结合同济大学2007——2012年间研究生公派项目的实施情况,以同济大学海洋与地球科学学院为例,切实地讨论了"国家建设高水平大学公派研究生项目"执行的6年间学院所取得的成绩以及遇到的问题并给出建议。

By retrospecting the history of sending people studying abroad from China, this article discusses about ＂National construction of high quality government sponsorship graduate student program＂ held by China Scholarship Council （CSC） since 2007. Under the background of implementing ＂China scholarship council postgraduate scholarship program＂ in Tongji University from 2007 to 2012, the author analyzes the practice in CSC program in school of ocean and earth science over past 6 years, discusses the problems they met and gave some suggestion.
